Refunds
To be eligible for a return you must email us at support@ultrashelf.com to receive an RMA number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box you ship back to us.
Shipping damages must be reported within 30 days of receiving your package. You will be held liable for damages reported after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Because all of our Charcuterie Boards are handmade-to-order, there will be a 50% restocking fee for returns.
